AI-generated Production Network (AIPNET)

Data

Our data is publicly available for research use. Note that this is only v1.0 (we plan to continue improving and extending this product). When using these data, please cite our working paper AI-generated Production Network (Fetzer, Lambert, Feld, Garg; 2024).

The downloadable data-pack contains:

  • AIPNET Edge List: This is a CSV containing all product pairs which are linked in the production process. This is at the 4-digit and 6-digit granularity, for HS2002, HS2012, and HS2017 vintages.
  • Integrated Global Product Centrality (IGPC) measures of each products “importance” in the global production network. This is also at the 4-digit and 6-digit granularity, for HS2012 vintage
